Welcome to SnapAlgo. This page explains our refund policy and the conditions under which refunds may be requested for our services.

1. Refund Eligibility


SnapAlgo provides digital subscription-based software services. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once access to indicators or tools has been granted.

Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment was made

  • Technical access to the service was not provided

  • A billing error occurred during the transaction

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of purchase.


2. Non-Refundable Situations


Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Lack of usage of the service

  • Trading losses incurred while using the indicators

  • Compatibility misunderstandings after access have been delivered


3. Refund Processing


If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
